THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

That's my wedding dress. Actually, that's one of my wedding dresses because I ended up with two of them but that's a story for another post. I'm selling this particular wedding dress or at least attempting to via the site Nearly Newlywed. I've made a post to advertise the dress and sent it off to be cleaned last week because clean dresses sell way faster then unclean dresses (shocking). Is it weird I'm selling my dress? I actually don't feel that sentimental about it, I have the pictures and the memories and let's get real, I don't have room for it. I recently finished Marie Kondo's book and one of my favorite things from it was the concept and thanking items for their service before getting rid of them to assuage any guilt you may feel. So, thank you dress! Thank you for all that lovely tulle, and the beautiful beads and for being there when I walked down the aisle and exchanged vows and smooched my husband for the first time. Thank you for service, I really appreciate it.

Now. Is anyone in the market for a wedding dress?!
