Sometimes, it happens. You find yourself really craving a Frosty from Wendy's but alas, no Wendy's nearby. So I made a Frosty. Actually, I made a "Frosty." Because let me be clear, this isn't exactly like a Frosty but it's Frosty-ish and that did the trick for this lady. And it's healthy, too. Of course the major downside is no order of fries to dunk in it. Amy's Frosty-Ish Creation -1/2 cup almond milk (I use plain unsweetened) -1 banana, in chunks -1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder -a ton of ice -dash of cinnamon
Blend together. Eat.
There's nothing to feel guilty about so enjoy, my friends. I did. Twice.
