springtime cheers

I had a Pimm's Cup at brunch on Saturday and I was reminded of how perfect that cocktail happens to be. It's light and refreshing and just plain ol' delicious. I've never made one of my own but after a little research on the internets, turns out they are super easy to make. It's just Pimm's + fizziness + garnish. And I love fanciful garnishes. That's it, I think this will my be go to cocktail of spring. Now if spring could just show up for good then I'd be all set. Have you identified your go to cocktail of spring yet?
