I love pretty smelling things. I fall prey to their seductive nature quote often. And perfumes can be an A#1 culprit. I used to switch perfumes quite frequently. And this was usually not because I was sick of the scent I was wearing, but because I had smelled something new and delicious and decided I absolutely had to have it. That's how you end up with too many perfumes, my friends. But no longer! I've decided I like the idea of having a signature scent. No more switching around, it will confuse everyone! I've been wearing original Marc Jacobs for awhile now and I just adore it. According to Sephora it has notes of gardenia, wild muguet (?), skin musk (WTF - is there skin in my perfume?), cedar and ginger. Which aside from the weirdnesses that I made note of, makes total sense, I pretty much worship gardenia (which I've mentioned). So, I'm sticking with Marc Jacobs for awhile. That's my big news. Huge news, really. How about y'all? Do you have one signature scent? Or do you mix it up? And also, why is it so fun to talk about perfume?
