Fall comes later in my lovely home state of Georgia. And I'm happy about that because I feel like I sort of missed the whole leaves changing thing up in NYC. (I kept waiting for someone to come and take me somewhere pretty to see the leaves change, like oh, maybe the Berkshires. But it never happened). And the crazy thing around these parts is there's all this nature right outside my mom's door. I guess it's only "crazy" to a city dweller like myself. I'm no longer near the park and nature isn't exactly all around me in the West Village. It's great to see trees every once and awhile. Here's how fall looks in Decatur, GA. Pretty nice, if you ask me.
p.s. That's my mom's house!
