Step one: procure an insanely overpriced bag of marshmallows, a box of graham crackers and a couple of Hershey's bars (I like special darks) from your local bodega (or convenient store for non-NYCers). Step two: assemble you s'more(s) on a paper towel.
Step three: microwave for about 15 seconds. I know you're not supposed to look in the microwave but the marshmallows get huge and puffy, it's kinda cool. Sometimes they even knock the top graham cracker off of the stack, which is fine. You can also start with an open faced s'more if you'd rather.
Step four: smush the graham crackers together so the melty marshmallow and chocolate get evenly distributed.
Step five: enjoy! But beware of free falling melty drops because these things can get messy. (Anthony had chocolate all over his face in a seriously cute way)
Step six: repeat.
