Healthy (ish) Fries

I love to make sweet potato fries at home. It's so easy and they're always delicious. All you need is a few sweet potatoes, some olive oil, bulb of garlic (totally optional) and time. Look how easy peasy it is:
-Preheat oven to 400
-Cut sweet potatoes (one per person, depending on size) into long and skinny "fry-like" sticks and spread out on a cookie sheet
-Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over fries and grate garlic bulb over fries (if using)
-Mix with fingers to make sure the fries get evenly coated with the oil (and garlic)
-Rearrange fries in single layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper or season salt or whatever you like
-Cook in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, they're actually good when they get a little burned so don't get nervous and take them out to soon
-Let the fries rest for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
