It's cold and dreary which is perfect weather for a big bowl of warm and satisfying chili. I made a huge pot of this super tasty turkey and bean chili the other night. We topped it with whole grain tortilla chips, shredded cheese, fresh lime juice, sour cream and pickled jalapenos. Tasty! It took about a hour and a half to make it but it was well worth it, I highly recommend. Warning: this recipe makes a ridiculous amount of chili. I ended up putting about half of it in the freezer, which is fine by me.
