Some Tuesday Goodness

Hi Friends. Hope you enjoyed the long weekend/Valentine’s Day/President’s Day/Chinese New Year/whatever else was going on this weekend. I’m buckling down for a tough week with two client presentations but the light at the end of the tunnel is a last minute trip home to Atlanta to see my momma for her birthday. Now, I just have to make it there. Until tomorrow…
-Remember when I posted about Conan’s farewell speech and how moving I thought it was? Well I was interviewed on the topic and the article is up on CNN.com. Um, coolest thing ever?
-Today is your last chance to enter the Sweet Sugar Beet giveaway! Learn all about it here.
I Got a sweet email from Ashley who is a southern girl like myself. She seems to be a renaissance woman of sorts; a photographer, a wedding music guru, a blogger and a record store owner. Does the woman ever sleep?! I loved all of her endeavors but was particularly taken with her photo blog the real vertical house where she is documenting the ongoing renovation she and her husband are doing on a 100 year old house. She calls it her dream home. Amazing! It’s very cool to see the progress, they started the renovation in 2006. I would never be able to pull of such a project so it is fun to live vicariously through these two brave and dedicated souls. Thanks for saying hello, Ashley and come back soon. Check out more of her awesomeness here and here.
