Happy Friday, pals! It was a looooong week around these parts and I am welcoming this weekend with open arms. Dinner with friends tonight and relaxing for the rest of the weekend. We’re expecting a big snow storm so I forsee movies and snacks and couch time. And of course there’s always the Superbowl to look forward to. Although I don’t have an ad in this year’s Superbowl, I did have one last year. So I’ll still bask in that glory, thank you.
Congratulations to Marsi from The Cottage Cheese! She is the lucky winner of the City Light Photography giveaway. And a big thank you to the talented Diana who is the photography whiz kid behind this giveaway. And if you didn’t win you can always treat yourself to one of her lovely prints as a weekend treat. I’m thinking about doing it.
Also, I’m thinking these roses (or any flower) look their absolute best in one of my old mason jars. No other vases need apply.

No snow here this weekend, just rain. However, I’m looking forward to a quiet weekend of movies, reading, and couch time myself. I’m excited about this year’s Superbowl, I’m a fan of both teams. I had no idea you made ads. Those E*Trade baby commercials are hilarious!
