Is it still acceptable to say Happy New Year?

Posted on | January 11, 2010 | 8 Comments

I can never get my act together in time to send a Christmas card so we always do a Happy New Year card instead. It works out perfectly because I can be my usual flaky self and not get around to sending them until after Christmas and it’s still totally fine. Here’s the card I designed for us to send out this year. And the bunting obsession continues…

I really like this idea! It’s almost better than a Christmas card, more universal! Happy New Year!

Yes, would be great because I wind up sending Christmas cards to all my neighbors, even the Jewish ones and I never know if they are offended or not.
