Card Swap

This holiday season, I signed up and participated in the Brooklyn Bride handmade card swap. What fun! I like to make things difficult for myself so I picked a terribly complicated concept. I cut out multi-colored letters and pasted them onto little flags all hanging from a string to make a special holiday bunting. It was hard work, but I loved the end product. I wish I could have made millions of these. Technically, I suppose I could have but they were time consuming and kind of a pain the butt. It’s a shame too because they’re pretty darn precious.

This was a beautiful idea for a card swap! Whoever received it was wildly lucky. I’ll have to keep a look out for this card swap next year — I’d so love to participate! Have a beautiful holiday!
