A Fall-y Weekend…

I’m starting to think about Thanksgiving, are you? I happen to love the holiday (probably because it is almost entirely based around eating?). Ordering the turkey and planning a menu and all that jazz! It’s so fun. I definitely want to make this. I am a total sucker for a nice, buttery graham cracker crust. And combo’ed with delicious pumpkin pie filling? I think it sounds like a dreamscape. Stay tuned for more Thanksgiving menu obsessing in the coming weeks…
As for the weekend, Anthony and I have procured a zipcar so we can get out of the city. We’re going to take his mom out to dinner on Saturday night in Jerz. Sunday I’m hoping to do a little apple picking, or at least stop at a farm stand and get some yummy treats (apple cider doughnuts come to mind). Is there anything more fall-y than a stop at a farm stand? What fun things do you have on the docket?
