What Should I Make First?

Anthony ordered me this fun book, Jam It, Pickle It, Cure It: And Other Cooking Projects

It is filled with tons of fun kitchen projects. It arrived yesterday and I excitedly flipped through the beautiful pages last night. I was drooling all over the place, I can’t wait to dive into some interesting cooking projects. I love the idea of making some basic staples at home instead of buying them. The only problem is where should I start? Pickles, ketchup, jerky, potato chips, fruit leather, marshmallows, to name a few. And don’t worry I’ll post about all my yummy endeavors

homemade marshmallows are absolutely delicious and you should make them! way to go, Ant!
maybe we can do a foodie project when I’m in NYC? I have always, always, always wanted to make my own dill pickles, especially since they don’t really have normal ones here.

That’s fun. Why do we have to waste so much time working when we can be doing fun things like this.
